Great news for Joss Whedon fans! (contains a Serenity spoiler)

Awesome news for Whedonites!
Apparently, Joss Whedon is making a new TV series starring Eliza Dushku (Faith in Buffy/Angel and Tru in Tru Calling). The bad news is that it is to be aired on the FOX network. You know, those guys who murdered Whedon's Firefly, amongst several other acclaimed genre shows. Like an abused housewife, poor old Joss keeps crawling back to 'em. When will he learn?
The series is like a live action Joe 90 (60s Gerry Anderson puppet series about a kid who can have any number of different abilities downloaded into his brain. Think the Matrix). It's called Dollhouse. Presumably, Dushku will be portraying this super-agent character.
I personally would have prefered a Faith spin off series, or a continuation of the Buffy universe in some form, but hey, any Joss fix is better than nothing. There ain't much else on these days to fill the void left by Firefly, Angel, and Buffy. Heroes is good, and I am enjoying Lost, but I've loved all of Whedon's work so far, and he hasn't let me down yet. I'll definitely check this one out when it airs.
Add to this news, recent rumours about a Serenity sequel (mentioned by Alan Tudyk (Wash), although it's a little strange that he'd be excited about this, having been killed off in the previous movie); and reports of the Ripper miniseries finally being made in conjunction with the BBC, and I'm a very happy Browncoat! 2008 is looking good for Whedon fans.
